Nasza historia

Gdy w Szczedrzykowicach rozgrywała się głośna tragedia, rozświetlona pożogą, z wyciem strażackich syren, ludzkim krzykiem i błyskami "kogutów", w zaciszu kliniki weterynaryjnej, gdzie nawet odgłos sylwestrowych petard był ledwie słyszalny, o życie walczyła Tequilla. Walkę tą przegrała. Tequilla to piękny długowłosy owczarek niemiecki, niespełna trzyletni, o ujmującym charakterze. W momencie, gdy do nas trafiła była w stanie skrajnego wychudzenia – ważyła niespełna 18 kilo. Z dostarczonej wraz z psem dokumentacji weterynaryjnej wynikało, że pies od urodzenia wymiotował po jedzeniu. Diagnoza: przełyk olbrzymi na tle pierścienia naczyniowego wrodzonego. Jej stan nie pozwalał jednak ani na dalszą diagnostykę (endoskopia) ani tym bardziej na przeprowadzenie zabiegu operacyjnego. Dla Tequilli pomoc nadeszła zbyt późno… Była z nami zaledwie kilka dni – odeszła otoczona troskliwymi opiekunami, jednak ciężko powiedzieć, że odeszła wśród "swoich".
