Spieszymy z informacją o Węgielku. Jest uratowany – mamy niezbędną kwotę do jego spłaty.

Dalsze środki, które wpłyną, przeznaczamy na transport, opiekę weterynaryjną,  w tym kowala,  szczepienie, odrobaczenie i specjalistyczną paszę.

Horacy mawiał, że śmierć jednakowo zbiera swoje żniwo w chatach biedaków i pałacach królów.

Węgielek. Małe, czarne chrapy. Nerwowo stukające o beton kopyta. Zadarty łepek zaciśnięty sznurem. Idzie na rzeź tak samo jak miliony innych koni, tych znanych i nieznanych. 

Świdruje ciemnymi oczyma obiektyw i błaga o życie. Wie, ze to jego ostatnia szansa. Bo co jeśli Tęczowy Most nie istnieje i potem nie ma już nic, tylko pustka?
