Trzy młode konie, z których los zadrwił. Nieświadome swojej sytuacji, pokorne, stłamszone. Na szyjach grube liny, w koło zaniedbanych kopyt własne odchody. Trojaki, jak wiele koni w Polsce mają tylko jeden cel w życiu. Są pasione na ubój. Wielokrotnie ściągaliśmy konie z rampy ciężarówki, kiedy zdawało się, że los jest już przypieczętowany. Wystawaliśmy na końskich targach, ścigaliśmy się o czas z handlarzami.
Konie idące na ubój mają golone grzywy i obcinane włosy z ogonów, kiedy stoją w ciemnym korytarzu, kończącym się ostatnim już tchnieniem. Handlarz przyśpieszył sprawę i ogolił konie jeszcze u siebie. Aby nie było już wątpliwości co na nie czeka, aby stały jedną nogą już tam, skąd się nie wraca.
Chcieliśmy wykupić jednego z nich. Ale nie sposób podarować życie tylko jednemu z tych koni, a tym samym dwa pozostałe skazać na rzeź. Patrzymy na ich krótkie, ostrzyżone ogonki tragiczne w swojej wymowie. Synonim śmierci.
Czujemy jak ściska nas w gardle… Obiecujemy im dożywocie u nas w fundacji. Dajemy zadatek za wszystkie trzy konie i dostajemy czas do 20 maja na dopłacenie 5700 zł za ich życie.

Prosimy Was o pomoc dla tych trzech młodych koni, których drugi skrzyżowały się w skupie koni rzeźnych. Konie udało nam się odebrać i stoją u zaprzyjaźnionej z fundacją osoby, ale musimy je spłacić,.
