Weterynarz przybył na folwark z aparaturą do wykonania RTG czaszki Czesi. Niestety… potwierdził się najgorszy scenariusz. To rak kości. Był bardzo zaawansowany, obejmował ogromny obszar czaszki. Weterynarz orzekł bez grama wątpliwości, że Czesia nie ma szans na poprawę i nie ma możliwości leczenia tak daleko zaawansowanych zmian.

W tym momencie najważniejszym było uwolnienie Czesi od bólu.

Odprowadziliśmy Czesię za Tęczowy Most w nadziei, że do ostatnich chwil czuła jak bardzo ją pokochaliśmy. Żegnaj…

Kochani, dziękujemy w imieniu Czesi za ratunek! Choć pozbyto się jej, jak zużytego auta, Wy odmieniliście jej los i nadaliście wartość jej życiu, większą niż wartość pieniądza. Klacz jest już u nas. Szuka kontaktu i ma apetyt, to napawa nadzieją.

 

Odwiedził ją już weterynarz i wstępna diagnoza nie jest optymistyczna. Istnieje podejrzenie raka kości szczękowej. Ale weterynarz rozważa również inny scenariusz – możliwe, że to ropień z korzenia zęba (zęby u koni zajmują w szczęce bardzo dużo miejsca i są bardzo blisko zatok). Diagnostyka w toku. Badanie RTG da nam lepszy obraz. Czekamy na kolejną wizytę doktora.

Tymczasem jeszcze raz dziękujemy za ocalenie życia i prosimy, nie zapominajcie o Czesi, gdyż wykup to dopiero początek, często kilkuletniej pomocy, jakiej będzie potrzebował wykupiony przed ubojnią koń.
